Care Instructions: All 925 Silver pieces plated with 18k Gold require special care and are subject to changes in appearance. The Gold plating is a thin layer with low adherence to the 925 Silver, so contact with various surfaces, exposure to chemicals found in creams and perfumes, and the skin's pH itself act as a polish or reactants on this thin layer, gradually revealing the 925 Silver underneath. When the Gold plating wears off, it's possible to redo the plating process or clean the piece to be used as 925 Silver.
